Mesmer (YC P25) | Founding Engineer | Berlin | ONSITE | VISA + relocation | €100–140k + 0.5–1% equity Mesmer builds software factories for engineering teams. Keeping a team at the state of the art with agents is a full-time job, so we do it for our customers: we're always finding the biggest bottleneck in how their team ships and fixing it in their factory. As a founding engineer you'd do both halves. You'd work in customers' factories, at the frontier of how software gets built with agents, and you'd build the product that makes that work repeatable.
