About the Team The Innovation Architect sits within Miro's Professional Services organization, specifically inside the MOST (Miro Optimization Services & Training) program. MOST is Miro's subscription-based PS offering for enterprise customers. Each customer gets 240 hours per year to work with Miro experts on designing, implementing, and scaling how their teams collaborate. Innovation Architects work alongside Customer Success Managers, Technical Architects, and Engagement Managers to deliver structured, outcomes-driven engagements across some of Miro's most complex accounts.
