About the role
This is not a traditional Medical Director role. You’ll sit at the center of how Clover drives clinical quality, cost performance, and provider behavior change across our network—working directly with physicians to improve outcomes at scale. Your mandate is simple: turn data into action, and action into better care, better outcomes and more efficient care. You’ll partner with clinicians on the ground, using data, coaching, and technology (Clover Assistant) to influence how care is delivered—day to day, patient by patient.
